“Kristy visited our library during Black History Month to share her book, The Greatest Thing, and she was FANTASTIC with the kids!  She didn't just read the book to them, she engaged with the children and kept them interested throughout the entire program.  She also brought memorabilia for the kids to look at, led the kids in a song, and more!  We had a great time and I hope we can have her back in the future to partner for an event!”

"Having Kristy Nerstheimer visit USD 353 schools in February was an absolute delight! Her passion for storytelling and education was evident in every interaction with our students. Kristi’s engaging presentations not only captivated young minds but also inspired them to explore the world of books and creativity. Her ability to connect with students on a personal level made the experience memorable for everyone involved. We are incredibly grateful for her visit and the positive impact she had on our school community. Kristy Nerstheimer truly left a lasting impression."

“You can tell from the moment Kristy began talking at our school’s author event, we knew we had made a great choice inviting her to come visit.  Her knowledge of her subject matter and presentation skills made for a wonderful event for all of our students.”

“Kristy Nerstheimer gave a wonderful presentation to students at the Sarasota School District. This presentation was virtual and the students were thrilled to learn more about a hometown hero, Buck O’Neil. The Greatest Thing: A Story About Buck O’Neil is a fabulous book. I was excited to announce that the book along with the 20-page, STREAM aligned, Enhanced Curriculum Guide became part of Sarasota’s 4th grade curriculum.”
